Tort Logics’ LLC reserves all rights over the website services, trademarks, advertising platform and following disclaimer. The materials contained herein and within the “sites and services” are general in nature and are created for the purpose of assisting legal entities with marketing challenges and mobile marketing strategies, as well as provide a much needed service to the public, free of charge.

These “sites and services” provide access to a variety of ways in which to file or request an official accident report with city, sheriff or state police department records office. In no way is Tort Logics LLC responsible for any unobtainable accident reports, errors, delays or omissions to any client for any reason. Tort Logics LLC and its’ services are in compliance with the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) (18 USC Sec.2721,et seq.) Freedom of Information (FOI) standards to ensure the purchase of accident data is secure. Clients and victims of accidents must agree to these terms of use, conditions and all applicable laws. Use of these “sites and services” will at that moment initiate an agreement to this disclaimer.

Users and site associated services shall indemnify and hold Tort Logics’ LLC and its officers, managers, agents, employees and principals harmless from any and all actions, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the use of our email, toll-free number, OKaccident.com, USaccident.com and USAccident Report app services. The parties hereto agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in the State of Oklahoma, and by execution of this Agreement each party hereby irrevocably accepts and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts with respect to such action or proceeding.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE; ADDITIONAL LIABILITY LIMITATION Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Changes will be available for your review on this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes have been made will signify your consent to the changes in the Privacy Policy. Tort Logics LLC and its business associates cannot be held liable for any other party involved in creation, production or delivery of our websites and services. Police Dept. Records and or service providers cannot be held responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your access to, or use of, our websites or any of its’ mobile app services.

Permissible Uses
  1. Use of any of the Tort Logics LLC websites are intended for auto accident victims who wish to access auto accident recovery services and accident report related services. Report requests must be accurate, if accident report request information is not correct the information will be identified as false information and report requests will be canceled for the purposes of preventing fraud, thus requests are all subject to refusal. Please insure that all information provided per accident report retrieval is as accurate as possible to insure successful accident report retrieval.
  2. Use by any Insurance Company, attorney or legal entity, including any court or law enforcement agency, in carrying out its functions, or by any private entity acting on behalf of a federal, state, or local agency in carrying out its function.
  3. Use by any lien holder such as a medical clinic or banking institution if the requestor provides written consent from the individual to whom the information pertains.
  4. All users agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
